Neely R. Conner is a consultant, counselor, coach, and manager of Carilion Employee Assistance Program. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, she is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Employee Assistance Professional. Neely believes in partnering with employees and leaders to effectively bring desired outcomes. Compassionate support of people in the workplace is a driving value that takes form across counseling, management consultation, education and training, and leadership and executive coaching. Creativity with resources and approaches also lends to effective and efficient results.
Wanda Osburn, EAP Consultant

Wanda Osburn is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Employee Assistance Professional, Substance Abuse Professional, and Board Certified Coach. Wanda is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a MEd. She has nearly 10 years’ experience in the EAP field. Wanda enjoys a client-centered approach to counseling; guided by the client’s presenting needs. She is invested in providing responsive management consultation and organizational support. Special interests include grief and loss, mindfulness, healing and wellness.
Conley Saunders, EAP Consultant

Conley M. Saunders is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, and a Board Certified Life Coach. Conley holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree from the College of William and Mary and has over twenty years of experience in counseling and EAP. She believes in helping individuals reach their goals utilizing and maximizing their strengths. The values of compassion and respect drive Conley’s interactions with individuals and organizations whether in consultations, trainings, or meetings. Wellness, self esteem, mood disorders, health issues, compassion fatigue and marital and parenting issues are of special interest to her.
John Westervelt, EAP Consultant

John Westervelt is an EAP counselor who specializes in substance abuse. John is a graduate of the University of South Carolina’s College of Social Work. With more than 20 years of experience in the EAP and addiction treatment fields, he is credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner, Certified Employee Assistance Professional, and a US DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional. John is well connected with the addiction treatment and recovery communities. John enjoys and is skilled at building relationships with clients and client companies that both lessen discomfort and solve workplace and personal problems. John is passionate about assuring his clients are fully supported in identifying their goals and taking their first steps towards them.
Katie Hundley, EAP Consultant
Katie Hundley is a counselor, consultant, and trainer. Katie is a graduate of Radford University and has her Masters degree in Counselor Education. She has been in the counseling field since 2007. Katie is a member of Employee Assistance Professionals Association and is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional and a Licensed Professional Counselor. Katie enjoys helping clients examine challenging situations in their life and experience empowerment to make changes. Katie's areas of interest include children and adolescents, trauma, crisis intervention, parenting and parenting related issues, and family/relational issues.
Brandie Fraction, EAP Consultant
Brandie Fraction is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Brandie graduated from Radford University with a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology. She has over 10 years of experience in the counseling field. Brandie values a person centered approach in her work with clients and honors being a part of a person’s journey to wellness. As a consultant, Brandie provides responsive, compassionate, and respectful services to organizations. Special interests include: suicide prevention, mindfulness, addiction, grief and loss, women’s mental health and wellness.
Mandy Kern, Office Associate
Mandy is a Medical Office Associate. She has been with Carilion EAP for over 10 years. Mandy is knowledgeable of the EAP business and provides support not only to office staff, but to our client companies and their employees. In addition to scheduling appointments for client’s and providing general information about EAP, Mandy is the billing representative for Carilion EAP’s direct client companies, affiliates, and subcontractors.
Jenny Mullins, Office Associate
Jenny is a Medical Office Associate. She provides support to our office staff and to our client companies and their employees. Jenny schedules appointments and provides callers with information about their EAP benefit.
