Carilion Tazewell Community Hospital Celebrates 40th Anniversary

Carilion Tazewell Community Hospital celebrated 40 years of service to the region. At a special recognition ceremony, hospital staff and guests had the opportunity to meet the first baby born at the hospital,  Marine Lt.
