Camp Carilion Introduces Middleschoolers to Medicine

It was another great year at Camp Carilion! The camp gives middle-school students the "hands-on" experience of being a health professional at Carilion Clinic. The camp is intended to encourage interested students to begin considering future health care careers. Thanks to WDBJ for covering this year's event. 

Just down the street, another group of middleschoolers were learning about medicine at the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. Check out their story in The Roanoke Times.
