NOW ACCEPTING ADULT Reconstructive Surgery FELLOWSHIP APPLICATIONS

We are a relatively new program just recently accredited by the Accreditation Council on Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) in 2012. Dr. John Mann heads our team in a one-year training program in Adult Reconstructive Surgery. We currently have one position available. Those eligible for this fellowship position have completed an ACGME accredited 5-year Orthopedic Surgery residency and may submit an application packet to Cheryl Musick at cdmusick@carilionclinic.org.

Application Materials Needed:

  • Current Curriculum Vitae showing research and publications
  • Copy of medical school diploma
  • Letter of recommendation from recent or current residency program director
  • Two other letters of recommendation from physicians who support your interest in total joint reconstruction
  • Medical school transcript
  • Personal statement or cover letter supporting interest in the fellowship
  • USMLE transcript with all 3 steps
  • Photo (not required but desired)
