CME Application
Welcome to the CME application process. We are pleased you have chosen to take the initiative to educate your physicians. Based on the planning process, which includes the buy-in of physicians, the process may seem to take a little longer than expected. It is very important to have the two-month (8- week) timeframe to incorporate all the appropriate elements. A reference guide is provided to assist in the process. We recommend reading through the application first before entering any information. We also recommend using the activity development worksheet to actually plan the program and then transfer the information to the application. Finally, we want your program to be successful, which will reflect well on your department and Carilion. It has been discovered that the earlier notice is provided, the better chance of more participation by physicians. Please feel free to contact our department with any questions/comments.
