Within CNRV are many different departments that care for patients. Some are on the front line giving nursing care and others are in the background cleaning rooms, preparing meals, or making sure the medical center is in the best possible working order.

Each member of our staff has dedicated themselves to offering the best customer service.

Under Guest Services are some areas that are here to help make your hospital visit easier, such as:

Patients and visitors should park in designated areas and enter through doors closest to the service they are using. After 9 p.m., the emergency department entrance is the only door open. The driveway circles near the entrance areas are for drop off only. Please do not leave a vehicle there unattended. Expectant moms, who will be having their babies at CNRV, have special decals and designated parking near The Birthplace entrance.

Valet Parking and Shuttle Service

CNRV offers free Valet Parking Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. except on major holidays. The valet attendants are located in the driveway office at the Medical Center's main entrance. This staff will carefully park your car and retrieve it for you during these times for no charge. Our security force will assist you in getting your vehicle if you stay past 4 p.m. No tipping please.

Our free Shuttle Service operates Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. This service helps patients and visitors get closer to the hospital entrances when having to park in remote lots. Shuttle Call Stations are numbered and are located in parking lots around the CNRV campus. The shuttle will pick up passengers at these stations and deliver them to the entrances requested. Passengers should press the call buttons at the CNRV exits and the shuttle will come to take them back to their cars. The shuttle is heated/air conditioned and will run year-around except on major holidays and weekends. No tipping please.
