Service Recognition
Employees celebrating an anniversary with Carilion at a five-year interval are recognized with a gift. Those who work for Carilion for 25 or more years are eligible for the Quarter Century Society, a group whose members enjoy special recognition in our organization.
Retirement Recognition
In addition to Carilion’s retirement plans, our retirement recognition process shows our appreciation to employees retiring with a minimum of five continuous years of full-time or part-time service through a gift and a retirement celebration or a contribution to the United Way in their honor.
Department-Specific Recognition
Carilion managers play an important role in ensuring that you know how much your contributions are valued. Championing recognition programs and providing department-specific recognition is one way your manager will do this.
