Carilion Celebrates Heart Month With a Valentine for the Valley (and some heart-healthy advice)

Carilion’s Valentine heart is shining from the top of Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital again this year.  Meanwhile doctors, nurses and other health professionals are celebrating Heart Month by reaching out to the community with heart-healthy advice.  Several Heart-Health forums are scheduled this month. This week, cardiothoracic surgeon Scott Arnold, M.D., spoke with Jean Jadhon on WDBJ about ways to prevent heart disease.
