A healthy snack your kids will actually eat

Kids need snacks! According to Carilion Clinic dietitian Martha Ross, snacks are important during the summer, to give kids the energy they need to stay active. She recently showed WDBJ morning reporter Alison Parker how to make a snack that is creative, fun, tasty and healthy - it even includes chocolate (and spinach).
