Computed Tomography (CT)
CT scans are sharp, focused 3-dimensional procedures, using cross-sectional imaging to produce a single cross-section of your anatomy. This technology can provide a one-stop diagnosis, saving you both time and money in acute care.
Diagnostic Radiology & Fluoroscopy (x-rays)
Diagnostic x-rays use radiation to help diagnose disease or injury primarily of the bones and soft tissue of your body. This may include areas such as the arm, hand, shoulder, chest, pelvis, leg and foot. Physicians order an x-ray if he/she suspects that you have an injury, fracture, soft tissue damage, arthritis, unexplained pain or other similar conditions. Diagnostic x-ray also is used to rule out pneumonia, congestive heart failure and other lung or heart conditions.
