Now open in Roanoke, Christiansburg and Daleville, and with a Smith Mountain Lake location opening soon, VelocityCare is open seven days a week for your urgent care needs. With extended hours and no appointments necessary, our goal is to get you feeling better as quickly as possible.

That means you're connected through your personal electronic medical record to Carilion Clinic's network of physicians who work together to coordinate your care when you need it.
