Spirituality and End-of-Life Care Program
Event Description:
Hospice Foundation of America's 2011 program, Spirituality and End-of-Life Care, will discuss differences between spirituality and religion, while also addressing spirituality during illness, death and grief, spiritual assessment and empowerment, and life review.
This program is offered free of charge and includes lunch and companion books.
CE Credits Available
Continuing education contact hours (CEs) will be available through the Hospice Foundation of America for nurses, social workers, counselors, funeral directors, clergy, psychologists, physicians, EAPs and nursing home administrators.
Please verify CE availability with your professional or state board approval.
There is a $25 online processing fee per certificate, per participant, up until April 27, 2011. The cost after this date is $30 per participant (online only, up until April 12, 2012). Online CE instructions will be provided to you on April 13.
There is a $10 charge per participant for each additional certificate requested.
