Pre-Treatment Planning Conference
This conference reviews every breast cancer patient’s pathology, mammography, ultrasound, MRI, biopsy and other results. Patient cases are presented before a panel of physicians representing breast imaging, pathology, breast surgery, medical and radiation oncology, and plastic surgery. The goal is to review cases with all specialists around the table to assure the best possible course of treatment for each patient.
Benign Correlation Conference
In this unique conference, 100 percent of benign biopsy results are reviewed to assure all cases deemed benign receive interdisciplinary review by a pathologist, surgeon and radiologist.
Large Format/MRI Correlation Conference
This approach, the only conference of its kind in the nation, allows for patients who have undergone surgery to have pathology results in large format matched with MRI imaging to assure complete surgical removal.
