Carilion Clinic Children’s Hospital offers the only asthma clinic dedicated to pediatric patients in southwest Virginia.

Children are referred to us for evaluation of coughing, wheezing, chest pain or other breathing difficulties.

From Interstate 81:
• Take Exit 143: I-581/220 South, toward Airport/Roanoke
• Take Exit 6: VA-24 / Elm Avenue
• Merge onto VA-24W/ Elm Avenue SE toward downtown
• The hospital will be on your left
• Take a left onto Jefferson Street, take first left at traffic light
• The Medical Office Building is directly ahead

• Take Route 220/I-581 North
• Take Exit 6: VA-24 / Elm Avenue
