Carilion Roanoke Memorial and Community hospitals honored with Magnet redesignation status
Magnet designation is the highest level of recognition that hospitals can obtain for their nursing programs. It was created to advance three goals:
- Promote quality in an environment that supports professional practice.
- Recognize excellence in the delivery of nursing services to patients.
- Provide a mechanism for the dissemination of best practices in nursing.
