Contract 911
Carilion Clinic Patient Transportation (CCPT) provides contract 911 emergency services in the following cities/counties:
- City of Radford
- Giles County
- City of Lexington
CCPT operates a number of contract 911 services in the southwestern Virginia region. Contract emergency services use multiple combinations of personnel and vehicles to provide the right type of coverage to the area.
CCPT works in concert with local government and volunteers to supplement 911 emergency coverage, as well as providing all types of EMS response models.
From first response vehicles to ambulance staffing, CCPT can meet the supplemental needs for emergency medical service response. Integrated in the 911 emergency services package is quality management, monthly detail reporting to local government, volunteer agencies, billing services (if applicable) and operational medical direction.
