Clinical Services
Carilion New River Valley Medical Center is a regional healthcare facility offering modern diagnostic, medical and surgical services in a customer friendly atmosphere. We support a Level III Trauma Emergency Department that is home to Lifeguard 11, Carilion Clinic’s Emergency Air Medical Transport which primarily serves the New River Valley and areas west. The Birthplace at CNRV, a popular choice for growing families, focuses on family centered maternity care. In another wing of the medical center is Carilion Clinic Saint Albans Hospital (CCSAH), a 36 bed in-patient unit with outpatient services and partial hospitalization programs.
