Acute Care Rehabilitation
Acute Care Rehabilitation provides Occupational, Physical and Speech rehabilitation to patients who need it as soon as the patient is ready - before the patient leaves the hospital.
Our staff includes:
- Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assisants (PTAs)
- Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs)
- Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)
- Activity Aides
- Rehabilitation Aides
Acute Rehab Staff participate in CarFit program
Our Occupational and Physical Therapy staff have participated in the CarFit program in multiple locations in the community over the past several years. CarFit is an educational program that offers older adults the opportunity to check how well their personal vehicles "fit" them.
